Nancy – Thanks for posting this information and I couldn’t agree with you more. Facebook Fan Pages are A MUST for all REALTORS. It is great way to increase your search engine traffic, bring more visits to your sites and in return increase your database lists.

Please make sure that any and all social media sites are directing the consumer to one of your sites where you can capture their email address. It can be your website, a squeeze page or anywhere you have a lead capture box.
